If your property is located in Washington state, is owner occupied, and you can no longer afford your mortgage payments and you wish to avoid foreclosure, please contact Customer Service at (800) 599-1933 to discuss possible options available to you.

If you choose to meet with a representative of Eagle Home Mortgage, LLC, please be prepared to provide the following documents at the meeting:
  • Letter of explanation for current situation
  • New loan application with current information
  • Most recent two years tax returns, including all W2's
  • 12 months bank statements for all accounts
  • Budget showing current debts and what you feel you can afford to pay
  • If you have had a change in employment, a letter from your employer
  • We will request you sign a new credit authorization during the meeting, allowing us to pull a new credit report
We will be happy to make copies of these documents for you at the meeting.

You may contact the Department of Financial Institutions at (877) 746-4334, the Washington State Bar Association, or the statewide civil legal aid hotline for possible assistance or referrals.  Other possible housing assistance referrals in your area can be found at www.hud.gov.  One such referral is the Washington Homeownership Center, which is a free information and referral service for homebuyers.  The Homeownership Hotline number is (877) 894-4663.
